Detailed recipe steps
Below, I’ve included bonus tips to make this recipe easy for beginners to home cooking…
- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
- Remove the St. Louis ribs from the packaging and pat each side dry with a paper towel.
- Drizzle the olive oil over each side of the ribs and rub in as your binder for the seasoning.
- Evenly coat the ribs with the dry rub seasoning and let the ribs sweat (sit out) for 20 minutes on a foiled rimmed baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet into the oven and cook the St. Louis ribs for 90 minutes uncovered with the meat side facing up.
- Combine the BBQ sauce and honey together in a small bowl, whisk, and set aside.

- Place the ribs back into the oven and broil for 3-4 minutes on high so the honey BBQ sauce can set onto the ribs.
- Remove, rest for 15 minutes and enjoy.
