Here’s what you need to make super fluffy eggs…
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper, freshly cracked
- ½ tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
- ½ tsp chives, freshly chopped

Detailed recipe steps
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Heat a small nonstick pan to medium-low. Too low of a temperature, and the eggs will stick… too high of a temperature, and they will burn and fry instead of scrambling.
- Add butter to the pan, and once it melts, quickly pour in the whisked eggs. Quickly and continuously whisk scrambled eggs with a spatula, until they are flipped and stirred to your liking, cooked as runny or dry as you’d like. Immediately remove scrambled eggs cooked with milk from the heat.
- Transfer to a plate and top with shredded cheese and chives. Enjoy!
