Ingredients for ravioli pizza on flatbread
Ravioli pizza is really easy to make, starting with some store bought ingredients you probably already have in your pantry, fridge and freezer, like ravioli, sauce, and cherry tomatoes. Collect them up to make ravioli pizza on flatbread (naan) with Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese.
The soft flatbread used in this recipe is from Atorias Family Bakery – it’s naan that comes in packs for two that was part of my Imperfect Foods delivery. The pizza is topped with Nonna Pia’s balsamic glaze and fresh basil grown in my Aerogarden.

How to make ravioli pizza on flatbread
Step 1. First preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Next, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then place the flatbreads on top.

Step 2. Then brush olive oil around the outer inch of the naan flatbreads. After that, add tomato sauce to the center of the flatbread pizza, leaving 1-inch around the outside for the crust. Then sprinkle Italian seasoning over tomato sauce.

Step 3. Next add the cooked ravioli on top. Then add dots of Alfredo sauce on top of the ravioli.

Step 4. Finally, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and add cherry tomatoes.

Step 5. Now bake the flatbread pizzas for 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tomatoes shrivel a bit and roast.

Step 6. Finally, garnish your ravioli pizza on flatbread with a basil and balsamic glaze. Serve your pizzas with extra tomato sauce for dipping.
