    Ingredients

    Here’s what you need to make them…

    Puff Pastry Hot Dogs Recipe Ingredients
    • 8 hot dogs 
    • 2 sheets puff pastry, defrosted (17-18 oz pack of 2)
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • 2 egg whites
    • 1 tbsp water
    • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

    Detailed recipe steps for puff pastry hot dogs…

    Everything bagel seasoning on defrosted Puff Pastry wrapped Hot Dog
    1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Flour a large work surface and dust dough with flour. Add puff pastry on top. Cut dough into 4 equal sections that will fit around hot dogs.
    3. Add a hot dog to the center of each piece of puff pastry. Sprinkle garlic powder on top and roll pastry around dogs. Turn so the seal is on the bottom. Pierce the top of the dough with a fork.
    4. Add hot dogs to the baking sheet, a few inches apart. 
    5. In a bowl, whisk together egg whites with water. Brush on top of hot dog puff pastry rolls and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. 
    6. Bake puff pastry dogs for about 20 minutes, or until hot dog is thoroughly cooked, and the puff pastry is fluffy and golden brown.
