    Ingredients

    • 9 medium bananas, very ripe
    • 1 cup butter, unsalted, melted
    • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
    • 6 eggs, whisked
    • 5 ¼ cups flour
    • 1 ½ cups sugar
    • 3 tbsp baking powder (rounded up from 2 ¾ tbsp)
    • 1 ½ tsp salt
    • 3 tsp cinnamon
    • ¾ tsp nutmeg
    • 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen (plus more for topping, optional)

Also try this cinnamon apple banana bread.

    Extra tips

    • Stir just until combined to keep it soft and tender.
    • Don’t rush the bake. This bread takes its time—pull it too early, and it won’t set properly.
    • Use ripe bananas. They add natural sweetness and moisture.

Also try this viral 2-ingredient Biscoff cheesecake for a quick, dreamy dessert.
