Why I wrote this recipe
Let me take you back to the glory days of happy hour specials in our 20s, where ordering buffalo chicken dip was the ultimate move.
Remember those times? I’m nostalgic for them, but love using my own preferred ingredients these days. The type of cheese and chicken used is important to me. Many times with this recipe, I use smoked chicken breast, which adds a lot of flavor.
So, picture this: It’s a Friday night, and you decide to kick back with a little happy hour at home. You grab your favorite beverage, make this buffalo chicken dip, and maybe you don’t even need a formal dinner… Enjoy it!
