A version of this brussels sprouts recipe is included in my cookbook, but today I’m really excited to share this delicious method for smoking brussels sprouts on the pellet grill…

    Can You Smoke Brussels Sprouts?

Yes! And this is one of the best ways to cook brussels sprouts too. Adding that smoke flavor brings an extra element to elevate this traditional side dish. Topped with the smoked bacon and you cannot go wrong.

How long does it take to smoke brussel sprouts?

When you are smoking just fresh brussel sprouts, it will take you only 90 minutes. When adding smoked bacon, plan on an additional 20 minutes because you will want to smoke the bacon first.

Pair this smoked side dish with smoked chicken or smoked turkey for a delicious meal…
