Smoke bacon directly on grill grates at 300 for 20 minutes.
Remove bacon from the Traeger and dice in large chunks.
Turn Traeger to 225 degrees F.
Add halved Brussels sprouts to a 12” cast iron skillet. Add all remaining main ingredients including partially smoked bacon. Toss to combine.
