Set out a medium or large parchment paper lined rimmed tray.
In a large bowl, toss together Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Spread out Brussels sprouts on a parchment paper lined tray in an even later.
Add Brussels sprouts to the oven and cook at 425 degrees F for about 25-35 minutes, flipping regularly as you check on them about every 10-15 minutes - until crisp to your liking.

Set out a large parchment paper lined rimmed tray.

Bake bacon at 425 degrees F for about 15-20 minutes, flipping every 7-10 minutes, until crisp to your liking.
To let bacon rest after cooking, I usually add it to a plate or cutting board lined with paper towel.
