Prep romaine lettuce. Slice romaine lettuce lengthwise and wash under cold water to remove any dirt.
Season romaine lettuce. Brush the cut side of the romaine with some olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Preheat Traeger Flatrock, Blackstone Grill, or whatever indoor griddle or outdoor flattop you’re using to medium heat.
