Weber Spirit 3-Burner Gas Grill (similar to mine)
Ingredients

medium
pineapple
outside cut off, cored, and sliced into 1-2” discs
¼
tsp
cinnamon
ground
½
tsp
brown sugar
Instructions
Prep fresh pineapple
by seasoning it with a sprinkle of cinnamon and brown sugar on both sides.
Preheat the grill
to high, about 500 degrees F.
Grill pineapple
about 2 minutes on each side, with grill lid closed, checking to see if grill marks appear before flipping.
Remove pineapple
and enjoy when cooled.
