Turkey Avocado Sandwich | Sip Bite Go
This tasty turkey avocado sandwich is one of the best leftover turkey recipes. Make it in 5 minutes or less! You can also make it with deli turkey sandwich meat and add cranberry sauce, bacon, pesto, or ham. Let’s whip it up.

Ingredients
2
slices
bread
sourdough
1
tbsp
dressing
creamy (feta, blue cheese, ranch dressing)
½
small
avocado
diced
2
slices
turkey
deli meat or leftover turkey
½
medium
tomato
sliced (roma or beefsteak)
1
leaf lettuce
red leaf or butter lettuce
2
slices
cheese
havarti or swiss cheese
Instructions
If desired, toast slices of sourdough bread (or you can always stick the turkey sandwich in a panini press at the end if you have one).
Spread creamy dressing on one piece of bread.
Add diced avocado to one piece of bread and smoosh it in with the back of a fork so it’s the consistency of guacamole.
To the piece of bread with the avocado, add turkey deli meat or leftover turkey. Top with sliced tomato, lettuce, and cheese.
Close the sandwich by adding the piece of bread with creamy dressing to the top. Add toothpicks if desired, slice in half, and enjoy.
