Preheat the oven according to frozen premadepizza crust directions. Take out a large baking sheet that will fit the frozenpizza crust. Brush half the olive oil on the bottom of the frozen crust. Thenbrush olive oil around the edges of the frozen dough, about 1” wide. This stepwill turn the pizza crust golden when it’s in the oven. Add a sprinkle of saltaround the edges.
Add dried herbs to the top of the frozen pizzadough. Add pizza sauce on top of the dried herbs then smooth out the sauce withthe back of a spoon. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese. Add toppings. Top with asprinkle of parmesan cheese.
Bake pizza for the minimum amount of timeindicated on the package. When time is up, check on pizza - the cheese on topshould be bubbling when it’s done and the bottom of the crust should be goldenbrown. Pop back in the oven for 1-2 minutes at a time until the pizza looksjust right. Once done, let pizza cool and add any other topping and freshherbs.
Cheese - Shredded mozzarella is a classic choice. Fontina and cheddar are great options, too.
