Griddle Sunny Side Up Eggs Recipe on Traeger Flatrock | Sip Bite Go
One of the most popular griddle breakfast recipes is for this griddled sunny side up egg… Cook it up for brunch, or top a breakfast burger. Let’s take a quick look at how to griddle sunny side up eggs to perfection in less than 5 minutes… | sipbitego.com
Preheat griddle burner on your Traeger Flatrock or Blackstone or whatever griddle you have to low heat (about 300 degrees F).
Add butter to the griddle and spread around.
Crack an egg and gently drop it onto the hot, buttered griddle grill flattop. Let it sizzle in place so the bottom fries up a bit and the top stays gooey.
Cook until done to your liking. For the griddled egg seen in the Sip Bite Go recipe video, the egg cooked in about 3 - 4 minutes.
Carefully remove the sunny side up griddled egg by sliding a spatula beneath it and lifting up, so as to not disturb the oozy egg yolk on top.
