Season the wings. In a bowl or directly in a ziplock or vacuum sealer bag, season chicken wings for sous vide cooking. You can add all the ingredients (wings, salt, garlic powder) to the bag or in a bowl then transfer to the bag.
Add sous vide bbq wings to a bag. Either vacuum seal them, or use the water displacement method with a ziplock bag. Tip: Arrange the wings in a single layer to help them cook evenly.
Sous vide bbq chicken wings at 145.5 F for 1 hour.
After the wings cook in the sous vide bath, it’s time to slather on some BBQ sauce. Remove wings from the bag and pat dry with a paper towel.
Preheat the oven broiler to high. Add parchment paper to a rimmed baking sheet.
Add bbq sauce to sous vide wings by either mixing the wings with the bbq sauce in a bowl, or brushing on barbecue to the wings individually. Set wings on parchment paper.
Once broiler preheats, broil sous vide bbq wings for 3-5 minutes on high until bbq skin becomes crispy to your desire.
Serve immediately.
