1. Prepare shrimp by removing the shell and deveining it. Set aside in a large bowl.

2. Season shrimp with an olive oil binder and blackening seasoning

3. Over medium to medium-high heat cook shrimp on the griddle for 2 minutes per side, flipping once.

4. Finish griddled shrimp by adding butter and tossing the shrimp in the melted butter.
