1. Soak skewers in water to avoid burning and prepare the vegetables

2. Make and mix the Italian marinade for the vegetables

3. Combine the Italian marinade with the sliced vegetables to season

4. Place marinaded vegetables onto the skewers to prepare for grilling

6. Once nicely grilled, remove vegetable kabobs and place on a serving tray
