Preheat smoker to 250 degrees F. Add all ingredients except sour cream to a aluminum foil pan.

Smoke queso with chorizo for 45 minutes at 250 degrees F.

Smoke queso with chorizo for 45 minutes at 250 degrees F.

After 45 minutes, add sour cream and stir to combine. Continue smoking queso for another 15 minutes until done.

Remove smoked queso with chorizo from the smoker and serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
