Ingredients
Change up the ingredients as you’d like!

Bread:
- 2 everything bagels (hollowed out)
Meats:
- 3 slices ham
- 5 slices pepperoni
- 5 slices salami
Cheese:
- 3 slices provolone
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
Veggies & Add-ins:
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ tomato, sliced
- 1 tbsp banana peppers
Dressing & Seasoning:
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp red wine vinegar
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

How to make the viral Italian chopped sandwich

The gist: Chop up lettuce, dressing, banana peppers, tomatoes, cheese, and meats, then stuff it into a hollowed-out bagel for the ultimate handheld Italian grinder.

Here are the steps…
- On a cutting board, add the lettuce and dressing ingredients.
- Toss in the banana peppers and tomatoes.
- Layer the provolone cheese and meats on top.
- Chop everything together until well combined.
- Stuff the chopped mixture into half of a hollowed-out bagel. Add parmesan cheese on top then add the other half of the bagel.
- Wrap it tightly in parchment paper to keep it together, then cut it in half.
- Unwrap and enjoy!
