    INGREDIENTS TO MAKE A STEAK AND MANGO SALAD

    For the Salad Ingredients

    • 1 lb sirloin steak, seared or grilled to medium
    • 4 cups mixed baby greens
    • 1 medium avocado, cut into chunks
    • 1 red mango, diced
    • 2 balls fresh mozzarella

    For the Balsamic Dressing

    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • 2 tsp honey
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ¼ tsp black pepper

    HOW TO MAKE A STEAK AND MANGO SALAD

    Step 1 – Cook the steak. I recommend seasoning your sirloin with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (or your favorite steak seasonings) and searing or grilling it to medium. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice.

    Step 2 – Prepare the salad base. Place the mixed baby greens in a large salad bowl. Add the cooked steak.

    Step 3 – Add toppings. Top greens with avocado chunks, diced mango, and mozzarella.

    Step 4 – Make the dressing. Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
