Ingredients
- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp bbq rub
- 3 tbsp butter, sliced
For smoked spaghetti squash pasta
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese

How to smoke spaghetti squash
The gist: Cut the squash, add oil, rub, and butter. Smoke it for 4 hours, shred, and top with marinara and parmesan. See the details…
1. Preheat Smoker
Preheat your Traeger smoker to 275°F.
2. Prep Squash
Cut spaghetti squash in half, remove seeds, and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle BBQ rub and add pats of butter.
3. Smoke Squash
Smoke for 4 hours, or until you can easily pull strands with a fork.
4. Shred Squash
Pull all the spaghetti-like strands out with a fork and discard the skin.
5. Serve
Top with warm marinara sauce and parmesan cheese.

- 3 cups marinara sauce
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
