- 1 whole chicken
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp barbecue rub
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
How to make smoked pulled chicken
The gist of it: smoke chicken, raise temp and finish smoking, rest, then shred and smother with BBQ sauce.

1 – Prepare Chicken
