    • 1 whole chicken
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp barbecue rub
    • ½ cup barbecue sauce

    How to make smoked pulled chicken

    The gist of it: smoke chicken, raise temp and finish smoking, rest, then shred and smother with BBQ sauce.
