      Jenna, love your recipes!
On this smoked corn pesto, https://sipbitego.com/smoked-corn-pesto/, at the top of the page, it says 250°, but the step-by-step instructions at step 3, says to heat Traeger to 350°.
I’m thinking it would be the lower temp for smoked.

You are correct – I have smoked them at both, depending on the temp of the smoker for different foods. So actually in the video I think I say 350, but you can smoke these at 250. The time will change between the two but they are both tender and juicy and not chewy. Thanks!
