WHY YOU’LL LOVE MY PEPPERONI PIZZA BAGUETTE BITES
Okay, first—cheesy. Second—crispy. Third—they’re ready in 10 minutes and perfect for when you want pizza right now. These little bites are basically your favorite pepperoni pizza, but way easier and way cuter.
This one came to life when we through together a last-minute family movie night, and this recipe has popped up as a quick last-minute appetizer and snack ever since!

INGREDIENTS
- Baguette: Go for a small, crusty one—day-old bread works great and crisps up beautifully.
- Pizza sauce: Use store-bought or homemade—just something with bold tomato flavor.
- Mozzarella cheese: Shredded is easiest; it melts evenly and gives you that classic pizza pull.
- Mini pepperoni: These crisp up perfectly, but diced regular pepperoni works too.
- Fresh basil: Optional, but adds a pop of color and fresh flavor to balance the richness.
- Parchment paper: Not technically food, but super helpful for easy clean-up and no sticking.
