These are easy to serve according to the season… use colorful sprinkles to turn this dish into a festive red white and blue food platter for a long holiday weekend like July 4th.

- Bacon
- Butter
- Pancake batter
- 1 pint strawberries
- 2 bananas
Optional toppings
- Whipped cream
- Sprinkles
- Chocolate sauce
- Maple syrup
HOW TO MAKE MINI PANCAKE SKEWERS ON THE GRIDDLE



Step 3: Once everything is ready, assemble mini skewers by layering bacon, strawberry slices, and banana slices and pancakes. Serve with your favorite toppings.

TIPS FOR MAKING THE BEST MINI PANCAKE SKEWERS

Mini Pancake Skewer Ingredients
- 5 slices bacon sliced into 3-inch chunks
- 3 tbsp butter divided
- 2 cups pancake batter
- 1 pint strawberries sliced into ½-inch discs
- 2 medium bananas sliced into ½-inch discs
Optional toppings
- Whipped cream
- Sprinkles
- Chocolate sauce
- Maple syrup
Instructions
- Heat a griddle to medium and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the sliced bacon and cook until crispy, about 5–10 minutes, flipping halfway. Remove when crisp to your liking and drain on paper towels.
- Wipe the griddle if desired, then add 1–2 tablespoons of butter and spoon small circles (about ½ tablespoon each) of pancake batter onto the hot surface. Cook until bubbles form and edges are golden, then flip and cook through.
- Once everything is ready, assemble mini skewers by layering bacon, strawberry slices, and banana slices and pancakes. Serve with your favorite toppings.
