- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

How to griddle ground beef
- Preheat the griddle to medium or medium-low heat. Add oil and butter. Melt butter and spread it around the hot cooktop.
- Add ground beef and break it apart with a spatula over a few minutes. While still pink, season ground beef with garlic salt and pepper as desired.
- Brown ground beef, flipping regularly, for about 10 minutes until no pink remains and it is completely cooked. Use for tacos, burritos, burger bowls, or how you’d like in your favorite griddle recipes.
