For the Watermelon
- ¼ medium seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch thick wedges
For the Honey Lime Glaze
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 medium lime, zest and juice
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, fresh, chopped
Serving Ideas
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 2 tablespoon feta cheese, crumbles
- 1 teaspoon Tajín
- ½ teaspoon sea salt

Ingredients
For the Watermelon
- ¼ medium watermelon seedless, cut into 1-inch thick wedges
For the Honey Lime Glaze
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 medium lime zest and juice
- 1 tablespoon cilantro fresh, chopped
Serving ideas
- 1 tablespoon cilantro fresh, chopped
- 2 tablespoon feta cheese crumbles
- 1 teaspoon Tajín
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Prep the Watermelon. Cut the watermelon into 1-inch thick wedges. Set aside.
- Make the Glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime zest, lime juice, and chopped cilantro until well combined.
- Brush both sides of each watermelon wedge with the honey-lime glaze.
- Preheat the gas grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat (about 450°F). If using a gas grill, grill over direct flame.
- Grill the Watermelon. Place the watermelon wedges on the hot grill. Grill for 1–2 minutes per side, flipping and rotating to get crisscross grill marks. Total time for indoor grilling may be a few minutes longer.
- Serve warm or slightly chilled. Sprinkle grilled watermelon with your favorite garnish.
