    • 2 cups sliced strawberries, stems removed
    • 2 cups shredded, thinly sliced Phyllo dough (thawed) or Kataifi
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • ½ cup pistachio cream
    • 1 cup chocolate, melted for drizzling

    Step 1 – Prepare the Phyllo Dough

    Thinly Slicing Phyllo Dough
    • Heat a large pan over medium heat.
    • Add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt.
    • Add the shredded Phyllo dough (or Kataifi) to the pan.
    • Use tongs to continuously flip and stir the dough for a few minutes until it turns golden brown. Be careful not to burn it.

    Step 2 – Incorporate the Pistachio Cream

    • Once the Phyllo dough is golden brown, remove the pan from the heat.
    • Stir in ½ cup of pistachio cream while the dough is still warm, allowing it to melt and coat the strands evenly. Alternatively, assemble the pistachio cream in the cups.

    Step 3 – Assemble

    • Divide the cooked Phyllo mixture evenly among serving cups.
    • Add a generous portion of sliced strawberries on top.
    • Drizzle melted chocolate over the strawberries for the final touch.
