    This rich, chocolate peanut butter protein shake is ready in 5 minutes! It gets a boost of creamy PB and honey for the ultimate satisfying treat. I love drinking it in the afternoon to boost my energy and hold me over until dinner.

    Either baked into my Sip Bite Go recipe for chocolate banana bread or a classic blueberry banana bread loaf, or diced up and stashed in the freezer for protein shakes.

    Chilled Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake with spoon

    Ingredients

    • ½ banana, frozen and diced
    • 1 tablespoon protein powder – I’ve been using this one
    • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
    • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 2 teaspoons honey
    • ½ cup ice (or enough to fill your Nutribullet)
    • ¼ cup milk (or enough to reach the ice level in your Nutribullet)

    How to make this protein shake

    1. Add the diced frozen banana to the Nutribullet.
    2. Layer in the protein powder, cocoa powder, peanut butter, cinnamon, and honey.
    3. Add the ice, filling the Nutribullet as desired.
    4. Pour in the milk, using just enough to cover the ice. 
    5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
    6. Transfer the shake to a cup and enjoy immediately!
