How to make Brie, Pear & Prosciutto Crostini
The gist: Crispy baguette slices get topped with melty brie, juicy pear, and salty prosciutto, then finished with a drizzle of honey and fresh parsley. It’s the ultimate quick and easy appetizer for any occasion.

Step 1 – Prepare the Crostini
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place one slice of Brie on each crostini.
Step 2 – Bake the Brie Crostini
- Bake for about 5 minutes, until the Brie just starts to melt.
- Remove from the oven—it will continue to melt slightly, so don’t overbake!
Step 3 – Assemble the Toppings
- Wrap each pear wedge with a slice of prosciutto.
- Place the wrapped pear on top of each warm Brie crostini.
Step 4 – Finish & Serve
- Transfer the crostini to your serving dish.
- Drizzle with honey (about 3 tablespoons total).
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh finish.
