WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS VIRAL CHEESE APPETIZER

It’s ridiculously easy, looks impressive, and disappears fast.

No baking, no cooking—just creamy store-bought Boursin, crispy chips, and a little garnish magic.

I first made this for a brunch table, and now it’s a go-to for game days and last-minute entertaining. Pair it with smoked wings or something else snacky from my BBQ recipes list for a full spread!

    INGREDIENTS

    • 5.2 oz Boursin Cheese, Garlic And Herb Puck
    • 5.2 oz Pringles Chips
    • 5 medium cherry tomatoes, diced
hand holding a store-bought packaged Boursin cheese puck

    POPULAR SUBSTITUTIONS & ADDITIONS

    • Cheese Swap: Try Boursin Shallot & Chive, Boursin Fig & Balsamic, or even whipped goat cheese if you want to switch up the flavor.
    • Cracker Alternatives: Don’t have Pringles? Use other sturdy chips like kettle-style potato chips or toasted baguette slices, though they won’t create the same flower look.
    • Pollen Center Ideas: Swap the diced cherry tomatoes for pomegranate seeds, diced roasted red peppers, or a drizzle of hot honey for a spicy-sweet twist.
    • Herb Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh chives, parsley, or microgreens for an extra pop of color and flavor.
    • Add Heat: Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or serve with a side of chili crisp for dipping.

For an easy no-bake appetizer, try this cherry tomato bruschetta.
